The role emphasizes creating and maintaining automated test scripts across databases like Snowflake, Salesforce, and MongoDB, integrating these tests into CI/CD pipelines for rapid feedback. Additionally, the professional will identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with developers for timely resolution. A strong understanding of the full ETL/ELT lifecycle is required to consolidate data into data lakes or warehouses, along with experience validating RESTful APIs that enable real-time system interoperability.
