The Analyst - ITCS Technology role at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust involves providing support for clinical applications and servers across multiple NHS Trust sites, including Guy's and St Thomas', King's College Hospital, and Royal Brompton and Harefield. The position includes troubleshooting complex application, server, and database issues, actively monitoring systems, and resolving support tickets and requests within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA). The role also includes working on application upgrades, server migrations, and patching, coordinating and leading projects to ensure efficient and methodical execution. The Analyst will participate in process reviews, feedback, and system development meetings, work with third-party suppliers, and provide excellent support while adhering to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. The role requires hybrid working with a 50/50 split, necessitating travel between different NHS Trust sites. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and providing high-quality support to benefit the patients and staff across the Trusts.
