As an Applied AI Engineer (LLM Specific), you will be at the forefront of this transformation, working directly with the CTO to build next-generation agentic systems that go far beyond traditional automation. You’ll be responsible for creating and deploying AI-powered workflows that automate complex procurement tasks such as supplier discovery, risk monitoring, and cost analysis. In this highly technical role, you’ll lead projects from architecture and modeling to deployment and customer delivery. You will develop new frameworks to enable multi-agent collaboration, benchmark large language models across various safety and performance domains, and build integrations that connect LLMs to real-world systems like SAP, Oracle, Coupa, and other enterprise APIs. This position requires deep technical skills, including strong Python programming, experience shipping generative AI or machine learning systems to production, and the ability to evaluate and guardrail these systems effectively. A Master’s or PhD in machine learning is a plus but not a requirement. Ideal candidates can work across teams, communicate fluently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You will join a collaborative team of experts from OpenAI, NASA, and McKinsey, and be part of a startup backed by top-tier VCs. Based in London, this is a full-time, hybrid role (3–4 days per week in-office), and visa sponsorship is available, making it open to global talent.
