We are a seed-stage AI startup backed by leading European and US investors, founded by experts from world-class research labs and high-growth tech companies. Our mission is to modernize critical enterprise workflows through agentic AI that enhances speed, safety, and resilience. As an Applied AI Engineer, you will take ownership of our most advanced systems—autonomous multi-agent language models—developing and deploying AI workflows that automate tasks such as supplier discovery, risk monitoring, and cost analysis. You’ll work closely with the CTO, transforming innovative ideas into robust production solutions, while designing safe and collaborative AI frameworks. You’ll also architect data pipelines and APIs to feed terabytes of structured real-world data into our systems. Ideal candidates will have strong computer science fundamentals, at least two years of hands-on experience deploying LLMs in production, a Master’s in AI or Computer Science from a top university, and familiarity with agent frameworks, RAG, or enterprise data systems. This hybrid role (3 days in-office in London) offers a base salary of £130,000–£140,000, meaningful equity, private healthcare, pension, annual offsite, and visa sponsorship for exceptional talent already eligible to work in the UK.
