Mistral AI is seeking an Applied AI Engineer focused on DevOps/SRE to facilitate the adoption of its products among customers and collaborate on complex technical challenges. Responsibilities include onboarding customers, guiding deployment and integration, ensuring production-ready setups from GPU stacks to full infrastructure, back-end, and front-end interfaces, deploying AI applications across consumer and industrial use cases, collaborating with researchers and engineers on high-complexity projects, contributing to open-source codebases, and participating in pre-sales calls to provide technical guidance. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, have 2+ years in DevOps or SRE roles, fluency in Python, experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premises infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible). Experience as a Customer Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in AI frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) is a plus.
