Join Anthropic as an Applied AI Engineer on the Startups team, acting as a trusted technical advisor for AI-native startups building on the Claude Developer Platform. You will lead deep technical engagements, work hands-on with startup engineering teams through pair programming and architecture reviews, design scalable architectures, develop custom evaluation frameworks, create prototypes, and contribute technical documentation. Collaborate closely with Applied AI Architects, Product, and Engineering teams, foster community engagement via hackathons, webinars, and workshops, and travel to customer sites for implementation support. Candidates should have experience building LLM-powered applications, strong Python programming skills, familiarity with agent architectures and evaluation frameworks, and a background in startups or high-growth companies.
