The University of Leeds is seeking an experienced and innovative Audio-Visual (AV) Solutions Manager to lead a team responsible for designing, maintaining, and supporting advanced AV technologies across the university campus. This full-time, ongoing role involves overseeing the technology in more than 400 rooms, including lecture theatres, classrooms, meeting rooms, teaching labs, and communal spaces. The successful candidate will ensure all AV systems are supportable, cyber-secure, and aligned with the university’s standards for excellence in teaching and collaboration. Candidates should have deep expertise in existing and emerging AV technologies and strong leadership skills to guide a team of creative problem solvers. The position offers a competitive salary range of £41,064 to £48,822 per annum, generous holiday entitlement (42 days per year including bank holidays and university closure days), excellent pension options, access to on-site health and wellbeing facilities, and personal development opportunities. The role will be based primarily on campus, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work arrangements. Importantly, this position may be suitable for visa sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker route, subject to eligibility and salary concession requirements.
