Connect 4 Aviation is seeking an experienced B1 Licensed Engineer for B737NG aircraft to join their base maintenance team in the UK. The role involves leading and supervising a team of technicians and mechanics during base maintenance activities, ensuring all maintenance documentation is completed accurately in accordance with company procedures and Part-145 regulations, and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety standards to promote a safe working environment. The engineer will support defect investigations, repairs, modifications, and overhaul activities, take ownership of aircraft component handling to ensure correct storage, availability, and serviceability, and communicate effectively with Bay Managers and Production Planners regarding progress and potential issues. Candidates will also contribute ideas to improve efficiency, processes, and overall team morale. Applicants must have a minimum of five years of aircraft maintenance experience, at least three years in a base maintenance environment, a valid B1 AML (UK CAA or EASA), type rating, and recent experience on B737NG aircraft.
