Optimised is seeking a skilled Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer to join their cross-functional Engineering division in London, UK. The role involves performing optimisation works, as well as planned, preventative, and reactive BMS maintenance across Trend, Cylon, and Tridium systems to deliver impactful solutions and ensure smooth operations for clients. The engineer will undertake site-based and remote system maintenance, fault-finding, energy optimisation, project delivery, installation and commissioning support, and liaising with internal management, clients, and third parties. Candidates should hold an Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification (HNC/ONC or equivalent), possess ECS/CSCS Gold card, have a full UK driver’s license, and demonstrate substantial experience with BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, and Cylon. Strong IT literacy, problem-solving skills, teamwork, resilience, a purpose-driven mindset, and exceptional communication are essential.
