Optimised is seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Project Engineer to join their wider BEMS Optimisation division, responsible for delivering small to medium-sized projects, upgrades, optimisation works, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance for clients across sectors. The role involves creating and modifying software strategies, collaborating with Project Managers to lead small teams, overseeing projects from start to finish, planning, scheduling, coordinating works, liaising with management, clients, and third parties, and supporting installation and commissioning on-site. Candidates must maintain full awareness of Health & Safety standards, review and sign RAMS, conduct risk assessments, lead project delivery, develop key client works, build strong relationships, and demonstrate substantial experience in Building Management Systems, with qualifications in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (HNC/ONC or equivalent) and experience in Trend, Tridium, or Cylon systems. The role requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, UK driver’s license, eligibility to work in the UK, a purpose-driven mindset, proactive attitude, strong communication, resilience, teamwork, and accountability.
