We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing data, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to drive project success. Your core duties will include collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, conducting in-depth data analysis to support strategic decisions, and maintaining documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will assist in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions, design and optimise databases to support business operations, and use tools such as Power BI for data visualisation and reporting. The role requires familiarity with SDLC methodologies, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is advantageous. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hounslow, with a salary range of £40,000 to £42,000 per year, on-site parking, work-from-home options, and UK visa sponsorship available.
