The position requires deep expertise in power electronics engineering, particularly in power conversion technologies including DC-DC converters, onboard chargers (OBCs), rectifiers, and similar systems operating across voltage ranges from around 60V to 6kV. The successful candidate will lead technical strategy, support design teams, advise internal departments and customers, and ensure products move successfully from concept through development to series production while meeting certification standards. The role also involves significant customer interaction, capturing technical requirements, supporting commercial bids, guiding engineering solutions, and representing the company in meetings and conferences. Strong communication, leadership, and commercial awareness are essential, along with extensive experience in power electronics technologies such as SiC, GaN, and related advancements.
