The Computer Vision Tech Lead role at Neurolabs focuses on building and scaling a cutting-edge real-time retail execution platform powered by synthetic data, digital twins, and advanced vision AI. In this position, you will lead end-to-end model development across detection, recognition, segmentation, and tracking tasks, ensuring high performance, low latency, and strong reliability across diverse retail shelf environments. You will drive the evolution of Neurolabs’ large vision model initiatives, improving generalisation, speed, and robustness while advancing the synthetic data generation pipeline to expand diversity and accuracy. This hands-on role requires strong expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, along with a deep understanding of modern CV architectures, Transformers, and multimodal systems. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Customer teams to ensure seamless integration and practical deployment of models, contributing to scalable MLOps workflows and maintaining high-quality data practices. The ideal candidate brings scientific rigour, fast experimentation skills, clear thinking, and strong ownership, with the ability to translate complex research into production-ready solutions.
