The role involves working directly with the CEO to build a founder-led brand, creating multimedia content including podcasts and videos, managing a content calendar, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams, and analysing performance metrics to optimize content for engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate must have strong storytelling skills, hands-on content creation experience, a deep understanding of social-first platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube, and proven B2B content marketing experience. Additional skills in AI, SaaS, RevOps, animation, or motion graphics are a plus. This on-site role offers a salary of £60K–£90K, equity, holidays, pension, tech equipment, office dinners, and the opportunity to work closely with founders.
