The role involves building and enhancing the quant technology stack for centralised and decentralised crypto markets, leading technical and architectural decisions for DeFi protocol integration and DEX trading across multiple blockchains, developing front-office systems including model deployment pipelines, risk engines, and post-trade infrastructure, and partnering with researchers and traders to automate and scale 24/7 trading strategies. Candidates should have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong Python skills (C++ or Rust advantageous), deep understanding of real-time and scalable quantitative systems, hands-on experience with DeFi protocols and institutional crypto trading infrastructure, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
