The Data Security Manager (DSM) at Interpham Consulting will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations in data centers, handling security incidents, escalations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The DSM will lead and manage the contract guard force to ensure smooth daily operations and provide after-hours support during emergency events. This role also includes participation in recurring data center security audits, monitoring security standards, and reviewing security compliance processes. Additionally, the DSM will collaborate with other teams, support the development of security methodologies, and contribute to financial decision-making related to security budgets. They will oversee security contractors, manage workflows, and improve overall security processes by identifying gaps in physical security barriers, procedures, and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that all staff receives adequate security training while supporting the broader IT security objectives of the organization.
