Mistral AI is hiring experienced DevSecOps Engineers to own and foster a collaborative, automated, and secure software development lifecycle, working closely with product engineering teams to ensure consistent code health, fast development velocity, and robust release processes while securing production environments. Key responsibilities include building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, operating and maintaining secure multi-cloud infrastructures, integrating static and dynamic security analysis tools (SAST, DAST, SCA), implementing IaC with security policies, managing Kubernetes RBAC and network policies, administering secrets and certificates, and ensuring compliance with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CIS benchmarks. The role also involves standardizing DevSecOps practices, defining KPIs for security and reliability, partnering with development and operations teams, leading training initiatives, and promoting a security-first mindset across the organization. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps/Platform/SRE roles, proficiency in scripting languages (Go, Python), CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, IaC, observability tools, and site reliability practices, with exposure to multi-cloud infrastructures, security tools, and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication, and team spirit are essential. The role is primarily office-based in Paris or London, with limited remote flexibility requiring onboarding and monthly visits.
