Tracer is seeking a Director of Developer Marketing to lead and execute its content and media strategy for developer and bioinformatics audiences. The role involves hands-on creation and management of content across written, video, social, and event channels, translating complex technical concepts into engaging stories that drive inbound demand and community engagement. The Director will work closely with the founders, engineering, product, design, and growth teams to shape Tracer’s narrative, oversee the publishing cadence, plan webinars and events, manage technical marketing tools, and grow a technical community organically. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in developer-focused or B2B marketing, strong technical writing and creative production skills, and familiarity with developer tools or life sciences domains. This is an on-site role in London, UK, and Tracer offers visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates.
