As an Emissions Calibration Lead Integrator, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for the integration of diesel and gasoline propulsion systems, with added experience in xHEV technologies. You will lead the propulsion system integration using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, working with tools such as Simulink and Design of Experiments (DoE). Your responsibilities will include integrating, testing, and validating systems across various environments including virtual validation (HiL, SiL, PiL, ViL) and real-world testing platforms. You will collaborate closely with specialists in gas path, thermal management, torque systems, diagnostics, and calibration to ensure that system performance, emissions compliance, and robustness meet all required standards. A strong background in calibration, integration, and powertrain architecture—such as ICE, MHEV, PHEV, and hybrid—is required. Familiarity with system components like sensors, actuators, and the use of simulation and development tools is essential. Additionally, you will work with both internal teams and external partners including suppliers and regulatory bodies, contributing to the design and delivery of cutting-edge automotive propulsion solutions.
