University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an End User Technology Engineer to support and enhance digital healthcare services across its hospital sites in London. This hands-on, fully on-site role involves configuring, installing, testing, maintaining, and supporting end-user devices such as workstations, printers, peripherals, and specialist clinical printing solutions that are essential to patient identification and care. The role supports clinical and corporate area openings, refurbishments, and reconfigurations, contributes to major deployments including Electronic Health Record go-lives, device refresh and upgrade programmes, and ensures all technology is safe, secure, reliable, and fit for clinical use through testing, validation, and accurate asset and configuration management. Working closely with Digital Healthcare, Technical Delivery, and EHR application teams, the post holder will help align clinical requirements with technical delivery, provide high-quality customer-focused IT support in high-pressure clinical environments, promote the safe and effective use of end-user technology, and participate in out-of-hours work during peak periods, with Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
