The Forward Deployed Engineer role at Scope is a high-impact, client-facing position designed for individuals who thrive at the intersection of technology, operations, and enterprise transformation. As one of the first hires in the deployment team, you’ll be responsible for working directly with large industrial clients to implement Scope’s AI-powered inspection platform, driving real-world outcomes in critical sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, and safety compliance. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments to ensure successful onboarding, rollout, and scaling of the product. You will act as a bridge between the engineering, product, and customer teams—delivering solutions on-site, facilitating stakeholder workshops, spinning up quick demos, and influencing the product roadmap based on user feedback. With frequent travel across the UK, Europe, and beyond, you’ll engage closely with inspectors and decision-makers, often in industrial plants and high-stakes environments.
