The role involves working as a backend engineer with strong experience in distributed systems, Python, LangGraph, and AWS while helping design and scale core backend infrastructure from the ground up. The engineer will work closely with a small high-impact team, contributing to both product development and technical strategy in an early-stage startup environment. Candidates should have at least 5 years of software engineering experience, strong backend and data platform knowledge, and experience building production pipeline systems. Experience working in startup environments and knowledge of Rust are considered advantages.
