Tracer is a London-based deep-tech startup building an observability platform for high-performance computing that helps researchers and engineers debug complex computational pipelines and reduce infrastructure costs across life sciences, engineering and scientific research. As a Founding Marketing Director, you will build Tracer’s marketing strategy from scratch, define brand narrative, create high-impact technical content, grow community engagement, manage campaigns, analyse performance, and collaborate closely with founders, engineers and designers to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories. The role requires strong B2B or developer-focused marketing experience, hands-on content creation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-moving technical environment.
