Tracer is hiring a Founding Principal Engineer to build its core observability platform for high-performance computing in London. The role involves architecting and developing a Rust-based data ingestion client, designing advanced observability features such as logs management, data connectors and error resolution tools, and leading platform deployment on customer cloud environments using AWS and Terraform. You will work closely with the founding team to make core architectural decisions, ship products at high velocity, mentor engineers, and shape the technical direction of a deep-tech startup focused on scientific computing and digital biology.
