As a Founding Product Designer based in London, you will play a pivotal role in building powerful tools used in high-risk, high-stakes environments like wind turbines and offshore rigs. Your work will define the design language and shape the product's visual and functional quality from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and enterprise users, conducting research, prototyping, testing, and delivering elegant, intuitive solutions for complex workflows. Ideal candidates will have experience in shipping beautiful and usable digital products, confidence in leading their own design process, and passion for solving real-world problems.
