Spectrum Search is hiring Full Stack Developers (Java/Spring) for a rapidly scaling SaaS client in Nottingham. The role is backend-heavy but offers opportunities across the full stack, including designing, developing, and maintaining Java/Spring-based systems, structuring efficient and scalable databases, building APIs and integrations, and collaborating with front-end developers to deliver seamless applications. Candidates will troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing systems and contribute to overall architecture, with senior positions acting as No.2 to the Head of Engineering. Required skills include strong experience with Java and Spring, relational database design, knowledge of modern software architecture patterns, and full-stack development experience (React or other front-end frameworks is a bonus).
