The Graduate Quality Engineer role at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team focuses on ensuring that only the highest-quality components and assemblies are used in the team’s championship-winning F1 cars. Working within the Quality Engineering department, you will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, operations, and supplier teams to maintain strict quality standards, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 processes. The position involves analysing complex engineering issues, performing root-cause investigations, managing quality documentation, interpreting technical drawings, and implementing corrective actions to enhance performance and reliability. As part of the 23-month graduate programme, you will contribute to high-impact projects, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge motorsport engineering, and receive mentorship from experienced engineers. The role is suited for graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields who have strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
