Kernel is hiring a GTM Operations (Implementation) professional to own the end-to-end success of its most strategic enterprise customers. This role focuses on architecting, building, and deploying bespoke AI-powered solutions using Kernel’s data platform, while acting as a key technical and strategic advisor from late-stage sales cycles through long-term value delivery. The candidate will work closely with Account Executives, lead post-deployment optimization, ensure performance and customer impact, and develop scalable frameworks and best practices. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in a client-facing analytical or technical role, strong understanding of data systems and CRMs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
