Neurolabs is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead its technical team and drive the successful delivery of AI projects from concept to production, helping global CPG brands unlock real-time visibility in retail through cutting-edge computer vision technology powered by synthetic data and digital twins. The role involves defining and executing the engineering roadmap, overseeing AI project delivery from prototyping to deployment, ensuring scalability and robustness of AI systems, mentoring and growing a high-performing team of ML engineers, MLOps, data, and infrastructure specialists, and collaborating with product and commercial teams to align engineering outcomes with business goals. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of experience in software engineering and computer vision, including 3+ years in a leadership role, with strong expertise in neural networks, transformer architectures, synthetic data, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical depth with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
