As the Head of Quantum Hardware, you will lead the AMO department—covering Theory & Simulation and Experimental teams—to drive the development of scalable quantum networking hardware. This role requires deep expertise in AMO physics, quantum optics, qubit control, optical system design, and integrated electronics for quantum platforms. You will oversee team growth, performance, budgeting, roadmaps, lab expansion, technical documentation, and cross-department collaboration. The position demands strong leadership, project delivery experience, and a hands-on approach to solving complex technical challenges. Visa sponsorship is available.
