Nu Quantum Ltd, a pioneering company in quantum computing and photonic technologies based in Cambridge, UK, is hiring a full-time, on-site Head of Marketing with visa sponsorship available. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to lead and mature the company’s marketing and communications strategy, working closely with the Commercial, Product, People, and Executive teams to amplify Nu Quantum’s mission and commercial goals. The successful candidate will define and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives, manage integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and PR, and build processes that support the company’s go-to-market efforts. Responsibilities also include strategic brand positioning, internal and external communications, media relations, and public speaking at conferences, while collaborating with Product teams to refine messaging and assets. The role also involves leading a growing marketing team, managing the CRM (Hubspot), overseeing the marketing budget, and optimizing campaign performance for maximum ROI. Candidates should have a proven track record in fast-growing tech environments, experience in communicating complex STEM topics clearly, international brand strategy, and high-quality marketing campaign execution. Ideal applicants will be natural collaborators, excellent communicators, capable of navigating ambiguity, and possess the ability to lead with empathy and autonomy. While not mandatory, experience in quantum computing or deeptech hardware, exposure to low-TRL technologies, or work with tech giants is desirable. A STEM degree or curiosity in quantum technologies is also advantageous.
