The Head of Project Delivery will manage the research and innovation portfolio at the Peace Plus Health Frontiers – Technology Innovation Centre (HF-TIC) led by Ulster University. This includes overseeing project reviews, board allocations, KPI monitoring, stakeholder and funder liaison, and managing a small team of technical project managers to ensure successful project delivery. The role provides an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a world-class innovation ecosystem that addresses globally impactful health and technology challenges. HF-TIC builds on Ulster University’s 40+ years of health technology innovation and a 20-year strategic partnership, including the INTERREG VA Eastern Corridor Medical Engineering Centre (ECME). The position is based in Belfast and offers a fixed-term full-time contract until 28 June 2029. The post is supported by Ulster University’s School of Engineering, which holds a Silver Athena SWAN Award recognizing gender equality. Flexible working options are available.
