The Head of Sales & Purchasing – Laptop and Enterprise IT role is one of the most commercially significant positions at XUM, responsible for managing large budgets, high-value stock, and expanding the company’s reach in the United States while continuing to grow established markets in the UK, EU, UAE, and China. This is a leadership role requiring experience, ambition, and strong commercial instincts. The selected candidate will lead a small, high-performance team, negotiate across global markets, make strategic purchasing and sales decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role offers senior ownership of IT hardware sales and purchasing, authority to manage international deals, travel opportunities, hybrid or remote flexibility, and Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship if required. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT hardware sales and purchasing, established supplier and customer links, deep knowledge of laptops, servers, and enterprise infrastructure, and proven success in negotiations and closing high-value deals.
