EN Plus is seeking an experienced Head of Sales (UK) to lead commercial growth and strategic account development in the rapidly expanding EV charging market. The role focuses on acquiring new business opportunities and expanding relationships with energy utilities, automotive OEMs, electrical wholesalers, and EVSE brands. The Head of Sales will lead commercial strategy, manage RFP and tender processes, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored EV charging and energy infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include driving market expansion, overseeing key enterprise accounts, coordinating marketing initiatives, and providing market intelligence on pricing and competitors. Candidates should have strong B2B sales leadership experience in energy, power electronics, or infrastructure sectors, along with technical literacy in EV charging technologies such as AC/DC charging, OCPP, and V2G systems.
