The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing IT infrastructure and systems administration tasks, including handling 1st line IT issues, escalating to 2nd/3rd line when necessary, ensuring uptime and performance of IT systems, managing user accounts, backups, data transfers, developing knowledge bases, and maintaining customer satisfaction through timely communication and incident resolution. This role requires leadership of the team, conducting performance reviews and appraisals, monitoring productivity, and preparing reports on IT incidents while ensuring service delivery excellence. Candidates should have strong knowledge of data center hardware, network terminology, Linux systems, monitoring tools like Zabbix, and Jira Service Management, with the ability to work five days a week onsite.
