Liverpool City Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ICT and digital solutions across the council's departments and estate. This full-time permanent role, based at the iconic Cunard Building in Liverpool, offers an annual salary between £44,711 and £49,764. The role is critical in driving transformational change through the implementation of modern, efficient technology systems that support public services and enhance resident engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ICT projects from inception to completion, defining scope, budgets, and timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining risk and issue logs, and ensuring high-quality delivery in line with Agile or Prince2 methodologies. A good understanding of local government services is expected, along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
