In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing workplace solutions for user environments, collaborating with stakeholders to assess current IT capabilities and develop a roadmap that meets architectural objectives. Key responsibilities include setting and maintaining technical standards for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, designing modular and secure architectures, automating OS and application deployments, developing CI/CD pipelines, defining hardware reference catalogs, and contributing to lifecycle strategies such as procurement, renewal, and sustainability. The role also involves ensuring endpoint compliance, security, and availability while keeping up with industry trends and leading cross-functional teams to shape the future of endpoint management. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least five years of experience in workplace architecture or endpoint management, and strong technical skills in deployment tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF), scripting, and automation, with additional expertise in ITIL processes, compliance frameworks, and security standards like Zero Trust.
