Interpham Consulting is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of key transformational IT projects within its Information Technology function. The role involves full lifecycle project management including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, reporting, and closure of multiple concurrent projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, scope, risks, resources, governance, compliance, and stakeholder communication while ensuring high-quality delivery of technology solutions that support business growth, efficiency, risk reduction, and customer engagement. The Project Manager will work within regulated technical environments, coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, apply recognised project management methodologies, and ensure smooth transition of projects into operational service. Candidates should have strong experience delivering complex IT projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency with tools such as MS Project, PRINCE2 and/or PMP certification, and a background in highly regulated industries. This full-time hybrid role is based in Luton, UK, and visa sponsorship is available for eligible international applicants.
