Interpham Consulting is seeking a full-time IT Technician to support a Multi-Academy Trust based in Luton, UK, with a hybrid work model. The role involves delivering proactive IT support to staff and students, resolving daily technical issues related to servers, devices, printers, projectors, user accounts, and PC setups. Responsibilities include maintaining all IT hardware and software, managing network operations, ensuring high availability of services, implementing security and backup policies, creating student accounts, and procuring IT resources. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 and above), Windows Server (2012 R2+), Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Office365, Azure, Veeam, Hyper-V, and VMware, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
