Interpham Consulting is seeking an IT Technician to support a Multi-Academy Trust by providing proactive IT support to staff and students and resolving day-to-day ICT issues. The role includes maintaining and supporting IT hardware and software, managing servers, networks, printers, projectors, and user accounts, and ensuring high availability and performance of all IT systems. Responsibilities involve managing Active Directory, Office 365, Azure environments, backups, disaster recovery, security policies, and procurement of IT equipment. The IT Technician will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, manage Windows servers, virtualisation platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware, and ensure reliable data backup and restoration processes. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Luton, UK, and visa sponsorship is available for eligible international applicants.
