A fast-scaling video and communication technology company is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join their hybrid Cambridge-based team. This DeepTech company is building the next generation of seamless meeting experiences to make video interactions as natural and intuitive as in-person conversations. You will be working within a highly skilled engineering team, mentored by world-class leaders, contributing to researching, architecting, building, and delivering product features. The team works primarily in Golang but welcomes candidates with experience in Python, C#, C++, or Java in a language-agnostic environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with either graduate-level or 1–2 years of experience. You should have a strong academic background, demonstrated coding skills through internships, GitHub projects, or hackathons, and a deep interest in video technologies, SaaS, or scalable distributed systems. A solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software design is essential, along with experience in one or more of Kotlin, Java, C++, Go, Rust, or Python.
