Kernel is an AI-native enterprise RevOps data platform helping companies clean, enrich, and structure their CRM data at scale with entity intelligence and mass-action tools. In this customer-facing technical role, you own end-to-end success for strategic enterprise customers—partnering with Account Executives in late-stage sales cycles, architecting and deploying bespoke AI solutions using Kernel’s tooling, and acting as the long-term trusted advisor driving measurable value. You’ll analyze customer systems, design tailored data and AI workflows, optimize post-deployment performance, and build reusable frameworks that support scale. The role requires strong technical fluency, analytical problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, excellent communication, and 5–10 years of experience in client-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Data Analytics. Bonus skills include Python/JavaScript/SQL, CRM familiarity, APIs, integrations, and startup experience. The job is on-site in London (4+ days a week), fast-paced, and ideal for candidates who enjoy technical customer problem solving. Visa sponsorship is available only for exceptional candidates.
