Neurolabs is seeking a Lead Computer Vision Engineer to guide its Machine Learning team in developing and deploying cutting-edge visual AI solutions at scale, powered by synthetic data, digital twins, and large vision models. In this high-impact role, you will lead a small but talented group of engineers, driving technical roadmaps, sprint rhythms, and delivery priorities while fostering a culture of clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, training, and optimisation of computer vision models, balancing short-term product goals with long-term scalability, and ensuring that technical strategies align with commercial needs. The position requires strong leadership skills, proven expertise in computer vision and deep learning (Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow), experience with large-scale model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), and familiarity with MLOps practices. This is an opportunity to stay technically involved while shaping team direction, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentoring engineers in a supportive, high-trust environment. Neurolabs offers a hybrid-first work model from its London office near King’s Cross, a competitive salary of up to £130,000, equity share options, generous leave, comprehensive medical coverage, company retreats, and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, making this role ideal for an ambitious leader ready to make a global impact in transforming retail execution through real-time AI-powered insights.
