This role is part of a major data transformation programme within a global technology-driven organisation. As the Lead Data Operations BI Analyst, you will oversee end-to-end data operations, ensuring all data loads complete successfully, identifying and resolving workflow issues within Airflow, and managing incident tickets. You will drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and improve system reliability, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and support BI delivery. You will work as the technical lead within the BI Data Operations function, coordinating with offshore teams of engineers and analysts, ensuring data pipelines and workflows run seamlessly within an AWS environment. The role requires strong experience with AWS, Airflow, Power BI, ETL pipelines, and data operations, along with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. The company offers hybrid working between Watford and London, a competitive salary of £80,000–£83,000 plus a 10% bonus, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
