The Lead Product Engineer at GetGround will play a key role in building AI-native, full-stack products that make global real-estate investment simple and accessible, contributing to a platform already managing £2Bn+ in assets and serving 30,000+ users. In this hybrid, fast-paced environment, you will shape product direction, work closely with product and design teams, and take ideas from concept to deployment while navigating ambiguity and promoting engineering excellence across React/TypeScript frontends and Golang backends. You will drive innovation through AI-augmented development using tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, mentor and elevate engineers around you, and help define engineering practices within an AI-first culture. The role requires strong technical leadership, a product-led mindset, full-stack experience, commercial awareness, curiosity, experimentation, and collaboration.
