The Lead Product Engineer will work in hybrid cross-functional teams in London, taking ideas from concept to deployment, shaping AI-native full-stack products across React/TypeScript frontend and Golang backend, using AI tools as co-pilot throughout development. The role involves mentoring other engineers, contributing to product roadmap, navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment, collaborating closely with product and design, writing maintainable code, and helping define engineering practices for an AI-first development culture. Candidates should have experience as a full-stack engineer on consumer-facing products, a product mindset, commercial focus, curiosity, an experimentation mindset, and experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
