Tracer is hiring a Director of Developer Marketing to lead and build its developer-focused media and content engine from the ground up. This role involves owning the inbound funnel, shaping Tracer’s narrative for technical audiences, creating high-impact written and video content, managing community engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit and Biostars, and hosting webinars and technical events. You will work closely with founders, engineering, product and design teams to translate complex observability and high-performance computing concepts into clear, engaging stories for bioinformaticians and engineers, while tracking performance metrics such as traffic growth, engagement and sign-ups.
