The MHEV System Validation Engineer is responsible for ensuring successful integration and validation of hybrid powerpack systems across vehicle programmes, supporting propulsion system issue resolution, conducting fault diagnosis, and providing hands-on technical support during vehicle builds and testing. The role includes creating DVP, developing test cases, writing procedures and requirements, and delivering system-level validation activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile settings. The engineer will support vehicle-level diagnostics for ICE/MHEV powerpacks, contribute to system definition, participate in engineering rig and vehicle testing, and apply structured problem-solving methods such as Six Sigma. Candidates must have strong experience with ICE/MHEV propulsion systems, hybrid & electric vehicle fundamentals, electrical engineering basics, diagnostic tools like INCA, CANalyser, Matlab, and MDA, and must be capable of managing technical issues, applying systems engineering, and working across multiple teams.
