OLIX is building next-generation Optical Tensor Processing Units (OTPU) for AI. The Compiler Engineer will design and implement ML backend systems (compiler, runtime, debugger) connecting frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and MXNet to low-level kernel drivers. Responsibilities include project ownership, building high-performance compilers, optimizing AI workloads, mentoring teams, and collaborating with hardware and modelling engineers. Required skills: 5+ years in C/C++ software engineering, deep knowledge of ML frameworks, compilers, optimisation techniques, LLVM/MLIR/TVM toolchains, and experience with high-performance computing.
