The Oracle Cloud Fusion Supply Chain Analyst will provide frontline support for Oracle Fusion ERP applications, particularly within the Supply Chain modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Costing, Planning, and Supply Chain Financial Orchestration. The role involves managing support issues and change requests, collaborating with the Financial Systems Team and Application Manager to ensure seamless implementation of changes, and assisting with new projects and upgrades. You will support users throughout the SaaS quarterly update cycle, document key processes, create ‘How to’ guides, and escalate major incidents to the Team Leader. The position offers an opportunity to work on Oracle Fusion configuration, customizations, and integrations while adhering to change control and release management processes. A hybrid working model is offered, requiring 2 days per week in the office in Hatfield, UK.
